The heated washer nozzle thermoswitch is used to turn the heated washer nozzles on when the the outside ambient temperature is below 3°C. This switch can be ripped off of the car during minor front end collision due to the way this switch is mounted to the inner fender liner. Therefore a usable pigtail will also be included with this temperature switch. This thermoswitch is found on E46 up to 02/2004, as well as some E83 X3, E85 Z4, and the E52 Z8.
