This time I decided to raise the stakes and compare the formats: PCM WAV 768 kHz/24 bit and DSD 256. As a result, this has already become the norm, DSD 256 sounds more expressive, more intelligible and has a softer delivery of musical material. This is cool! Also, when playing PCM WAV 768 kHz/24 bit, a slight background noise is heard, which is not present in DSD 256. The choice is obvious – this is the DSD 256 format (choose based on the capabilities of your DAC)! Purchased Format: PCM WAV 768 kHz/24 bit and DSD 256.
