Diamond Eye Performance has developed a Turbo Direct exhaust pipe, also known as a down pipe, for the 2001 to early 2004 GM Duramax LB7 engines. This is the pipe that connects directly to the turbo and runs down to the passenger side floor board. The factory pipe is made for extra clearance between the engine and the firewall, which is bad for flow. The Diamond Eye pipe features CNC machined end forms for a precise fit, mandrel bent tubing for smoother flow, and is covered with special thermal resistant wrapping to help reduce your EGT’s by up to 150 degrees.
