Description 1988-1989 Ford 7.3L Diesel with E4OD Automatic Transmission Diesel Fuel Injection Pump DB2831-4808 Huckstorf Diesel part number 4808 is a rebuilt Stanadyne DB2831-4808 diesel fuel injection pump for 1988-1989 Ford trucks with 7.3L diesel engines. If we do not show availability in stock, we are waiting for cores to be returned and / or do not have one to rebuild.  We can rebuild and return yours and core charges are not required.   Core Charges This part requires an acceptable matching rebuildable core be sent in to avoid paying the core charges. With Core Option = Means you will pay the core charge up front, and when an acceptable core is returned to Huckstorf Diesel, the core charge will be refunded back to you.  An acceptable matching core must be received within 30 days of the ship date to receive full core credit. Without Core Option = An acceptable matching core must be received before the exchange is sent out. An acceptable core is one that is rebuildable with typical replacement parts.  Major damage such as rust, housing damage, critical broken parts will be a reason for partial or no core refund.  If you have any questions about this policy, please call or send your pump in first for inspection.  Normally, a pump that comes off a running engine in need of typical repairs is fine.  Pumps that sat for years in junkyards, fire damaged, collision damaged, etc. may not be accepted.
