135 years have passed since the juvenile water of Borjomi has been rejuvenating us. Its journey begins at a depth of 8,000 meters underground, in the Lesser Caucasus Mountains, where it is enriched with more than 60 minerals and unique complexes, as it flows to the surface. The water travels to the surface of the earth through the cracks of mountain rocks. The mixture of subsurface water and volcanic gas dissolves the rocks, enriching Borjomi with minerals along the way. Born in the volcanic depths Borjomi is emerging from the ground in a warm form — 37 – 41°C. Borjomi is formed as a result of underground waters mixing with carbon dioxide gas and water fluids entering the earths crust though volcanic core, emerging from the depth of 8000 meters to the surface of the earth with the aid of carbon dioxide gas. N.V. has been producing Borjomi since 1995, which installed a line for bottling Borjomi in PET bottles, began producing still water from Borjomi springs and expanded the Borjomi range with Bakuriani water.
