DescriptionCambridge Distillery was established in 2011, by William and Lucy Lowe. They were inspired by the meadows around them to create gins using fresh, seasonal English botanicals. Rather than distilling all of the botanicals in one batch, they distinguish themselves by individually distilling each of the botanicals; this enables them to focus on each botanical to ensure they are each distilled in the best conditions. This blend of traditional craftsmanship with modern innovation has created some incredible world renowned gins.
