Outline of a history of monotheism from the origin to the end of the world The Origin, with a capital O, is the Origin of each and every one of us, of everything and everyone: of heaven and earth, of their containers and their contents! Whether we are believers or atheists, our thoughts have, at least once, turned to this common and unique Origin and its Creator, whether it is called God or simply ‘chance’, as could be decreed by someone who has lived only one part of their life without touching the other.
