Product detailsThe Metro MBQ-200D Two-Door Insulated Heated Banquet Cabinet is designed to keep food hot, safe, and delicious. Ideal for use in restaurants, hotels, and banquets halls, the unit can hold food at optimum temperatures until the time of service. This heated banquet cabinet features a polished 20-gauge stainless steel exterior and 22-gauge stainless steel interior. The cabinet is insulated with high-density, 1" fiberglass for better heat retention. It features two doors that are sealed using heated Santoprene gaskets. Inside, four nickel-chrome plated shelves hold up to 200 plates measuring 11-3/4" in diameter. The shelves can be removed for cleaning, and each of the cabinet doors comes with a kick-latch on the for easy access when user's hands are full.The Metro MBQ-200D Two-Door Insulated Heated Banquet Cabinet features a bottom-mounted standard thermal electric system with a dial thermostat. It includes an externally mounted, easy-to-read thermometer and a sensing bulb that helps to maintain a consistent temperature.
